  • Terms and Condition for Delivery:

- Pre-ordered goods and handmade items need time to prepare. Please wait patiently

- Notification message will be sent when the product is ready for pick up. Please inform us in advance for the pick up arrangement

- Products delivered by SF Express will usually arrive at the pick up point after 1-3 days when the product is shipped

- In case customer didn't receive any pickup SMS from SF Express after 1 week, please contact SF Express and Ensemble to track       the shipping status.

- Ensemble will not take any responsibility for reimbursement, if customer fail to pick up the product on time / logistic company fail     to contact the customer

- Shipping service is available only in Hong Kong, international shipping is not supported

  • Terms and Condition for payment:

   - For customer using offline payment, please complete the payment process within 3 days, and be reminded to keep the receipt        for reference. Otherwise order will be canceled automatically without further notice.​

   - Once the payment is made, the order has been established and no refunds for cancellations of order will be catered unless                there is an out-of-stock situation.​

   - Please check whether the order information is correct before proceeding to payment, After placing the order, unless                        there is an out-of-stock situation, modification and reimbursement discount will not be granted.

   - Reasons such as color difference, size, dislike are non refundable. Customers are advised to check the size chart and go                    through the product  description before placing the order. For any enquiries on certain products, please feel free to contact            Ensemble through email, phone, social media and visiting us directly.

   - In the event of a dispute, decision of Ensemble shall be final and conclusive.
