Procedure
1) Upon encountering operational difficulties, customers can call the Cricut official toll free hotline 800969409 for troubleshooting. An English-speaking customer representative will answer the call. (See Note below for hotline operating hours)
2) Once the unit is confirmed faulty and is covered by warranty, it will be given a ticket number
3) Label the ticket number on the faulty unit and return it to the following address:
